Ridgewood Townhouse (Pasteris-Klus)

Path Place joined two separate units to create a townhome designed for a growing family of five. Multiple small spaces on the parlor floor were reconfigured into a light-filled kitchen and dining area that now serves as the home’s central gathering space, anchoring daily life and connecting to the backyard during warmer months. A simple, streamlined selection of materials—including oak flooring, quartzite countertops, and a soft color palette—brings a relaxed, unified feel to the refreshed home.
